FOOD TRUCK

There is a $450 set up fee for the first three hours. This includes 30 minutes of set up time, two hours of service and 30 minutes for tear down and staffing on board the truck. Each hour thereafter is $100.

Travel fees apply for events over 25 miles from our headquarters in Kankakee. Fees are determined based on distance.

There is a 50 person minimum. Food cost starts at $24 per person.

Final guaranteed guest count is required seven (7) days prior to your event. Numbers cannot go down after your guaranteed guest count is turned in. You will be billed for the total number guaranteed after meeting the 50 person minimum. Additional guests above the guarantee must be paid the day of your event.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure us for the date of your event. We reserve the right to book other events until a deposit is received.

$500 deposit

Sales Tax is charged at the current rate of 6.25%. Sales tax is charged for all food, beverage and disposables. No tax is charged on set up, travel or staffing fees.

Smashburger

two Angus beef patties smashed to perfection, American cheese, smash sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion on a toasted pretzel bun and a side of hand cut fries

Greek Fries 

our hand cut fries topped with gyro meat, feta cheese, chopped cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, tzatziki sauce and fresh herbs 

Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese

sweet and smokey pulled pork shoulder topped with bbq sauce and green onions over our house made mac and cheese
